Sample feedback & references

Pro-Lok works very hard to design and provide quality firearm safety devices.  Equally important is providing our customers with the very best customer service available.  We are proud of the reputation that we have built.  Below is a sampling of feedback and references that we have received from our customers.  We have blocked some names out to protect their privacy.  Names will be provided on a discretionary basis and if needed, please contact Pro-Lok.

Email received from a consumer:
”Hi, just a note to tell you although I never cared for trigger locks I received yours with a rifle from xxx and I think it is a great lock and I will be using it again.  Thanks for a great lock”.

Locks sold to a police department:

The xxx police evaluated a number of brands and models of gun locks.  After a couple of months of careful evaluation, the police department chose our trigger locks.  After following up with the police department a month later, the officers had nothing but excellent reviews and everyone was pleased with using our gun locks.

Locks sold to a federal agency:
The xxx is required to provide their agents with a gun lock.  We were told that the agency received about 20 different gun locks on which the agency performed their own tests.  Our gun lock was the only one to pass their tests.  The agency was calling us to get a new sample gun lock.  We were told the agents beat our lock so badly that they could not remove the lock from their firearm when the testing was completed.  They had to completely destroy our lock in order to remove it from the firearm.  Needless to say, they chose our lock.

From a California gun dealer:
”Dear Adam,
I am writing to you to let you know how happy we are with the Pro-Lok GLSF-08 safe.  The packaging is professional and the accessories that come with this safe makes this a tremendous bargain.  We had previously attempted to sell xxx brand safes to comply with California law.  The quality of product and packaging was not up to the standards of our store.  We eventually had to clear them out at a few points over cost.  Thank you for a great product, and we look forward to doing more business with you”.

A letter from a major firearm manufacturer:
